MHKs hoping to become the Island’s next Chief Minister have until midday today to put their names forward.
Candidates must be formally nominated in writing and submit a statement setting out the policies they would pursue if appointed.
They’ll then face questions from fellow MHKs before members vote on who should lead the next Council of Ministers.
The successful candidate is due to be chosen when the House of Keys sits next Tuesday, October 13.
