Manx Utilities says it's taking on a big project on a dam near South Barrule.
The spillway channel at Cringle Reservoir needs essential maintenance including a new concrete lining and drainage.
Workers will be tackling the project at the 80 year old reservoir from Tuesday, April 22.
The site and its car park on Corlea Road will remain open to the public during the work.
