Manx Telecom says it's aware of a problem with its manx.net email services.
A number of users took to social media earlier to report they couldn't log in or receive emails.
On its support page, the company says it's aware of an issue which may be causing disruption for some users and it's hoping to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Earlier this week, it revealed it was transferring the service to another provider, which would charge £65 a year or £6.50 a month from January.
