A new Manx-made movie has shot into the UK's cinema charts - taking £280,000 on its first weekend.
Mindhorn was released on May 5th - figures from the British Film Institute show it entered the top ten at number 8 in its first week.
The film stars Julian Barratt and Simon Farnaby and is the first Isle of Man film since George Formby's No Limit to be set here.
It follows a fictional detective who's called back to the Island to help police find a serial killer, and has now been released on streaming service Netflix.
