Man facing drugs charges after police raid home

Police have seized a number of "substantial" cannabis plants from a property in Douglas.

They raided a house on Head Road on Monday night under the Misuse of Drugs Act.

A man at the property was arrested and has been charged with drugs offences - he will appear in court on October 21st.

Police say they will investigate any allegation concerning the use of illegal drugs and will take action against those who are suspected of such activity.
