A Glen Vine man will face a summary court trial after denying an assault at the Outback in Douglas during TT.
38 year old James Robert Hinchcliffe of King Orry Road is accused of assault, criminal damage, and disorderly behaviour on licensed premises on June 2.
He denies all the allegations against him.
He was bailed to appear again at a pre-trial hearing on October 10.
