A company suing the Department of Infrastructure over plans to redevelop a landmark site in Douglas will be back in court today.
The Sondica Group is claiming up to £90 million in damages for negligence, breach of contract, negligent misstatement, and misfeasance in public office.
The company claims it was the selected bidder to redevelop the Lord Street car park in 2015, only to see the contract later awarded to another bidder.
A directions hearing in the case is due to be held at Douglas courthouse from 11am.
