A flight from the Island to Liverpool diverted to Manchester yesterday after an emergency.
The easyJet flight was coming in to land at John Lennon Airport when it aborted the landing sequence because of an aircraft on the runway.
A short time later the Airbus A319 entered a holding pattern, before diverting.
The flight touched down safely just after 4pm.
