A popular restaurant in Douglas could close and become a reception area for a finance company.
Mill Yard Services, based in Capital House on Circular Road, has applied to change the use of the building's ground floor.
Currently, it houses Thai Thai and a coffee shop, but the company says it would transform it into office space.
The proposals would see a reception area, staff coffee station and meeting spaces for Capital International, which is also based in the building.
