If you don't get a job you applied for, you don't have the right to know if the successful candidate needed a work visa.
So says Treasury Minister Chris Thomas, who faced questions in the House of Keys this week from Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse.
Mr Moorhouse wanted to know when applicants who'd been turned down would be told about the person who got the job.
