People on the Isle of Man are being encouraged to take a closer look at our seaside architecture.
This evening author and historian Kathryn Ferry will highlight some of the Island's most prominent buildings near the sea.
She's giving a talk at Peel Centenary Centre at 7pm as a guest of Isle of Architecture.
Speaking to 3FM Kathryn says people get used to seeing important architecture in their daily lives and it's often taken for granted:
