As of the end of last month, 1,100 people were unemployed on Island.
The latest figures from government however show the number of people out of work did fall slightly - by 33.
It leaves the Island with an unemployment rate of 2.6 per cent.
Business services, retail and the catering and entertainment sector were among those with the highest number of jobseekers.
