England Golf has released figures for handicaps of golf club members, and the Isle of Man has come top out of the organisation's 34 golfing counties.
It says the Isle of Man, part of the England Golf North Region, has the lowest average handicap at 16.65.
Despite only having eight golf courses, it puts Island-based golfers well ahead of runners-up Surrey on 18.25.
