Public Health Isle of Man issues advice as norovirus and respiratory illnesses circulate.
If you have symptoms you're advised to stay at home and wait 48 hours before returning to work or school.
It's also asked that you don't visit hospitals or care homes and to wash your hands to stop the spread of the virus.
