An investigation has uncovered safety problems aboard a Manx-flagged ship after a crew member died last year.
The bosun of the bulk carrier World Prize lost his life after falling overboard when the ship left port in Sweden last October.
The Marine Accident investigation Branch investigated and found unsafe procedures, a lack of protective equipment, and ineffective supervision.
But in its report published today, the body said action had already been taken and so it wouldn't be issuing recommendations.
