The inquest into the death of a Douglas man has heard he died from a drug overdose.
28-year-old Keiran Keggin was found dead at a flat on Empire Terrace on October 1st last year.
At the opening of his inquest at Douglas Courthouse yesterday it was revealed the student died of 'morphine toxicity along with alcohol, diazepam and codeine'.
Coroner of Inquests John Needham passed his condolences to Mr Keggin's sister and partner who were in attendance and released his body so funeral arrangements can take place.
The inquest was then adjourned to a date to be fixed.
