A student surveying people about housing on the Isle of Man says very few people find it affordable - but he'd like more people to have their say.
In December, Exeter University's Chaplin Ng asked people to complete an online questionnaire about housing as part of his studies.
On Facebook, he's revealed renters reported the lowest affordability - and those under 30 rated the Island just 2.5 out of 10.
But he says his sample size is still relatively small and is asking people to fill in the online form - you can find it here.
