Manx Care says Noble's Hospital dealt with almost 300,000 phone calls over the last year.
A Freedom of Information request asked for details about calls to the Braddan facility.
In its response, Manx Care said in the 12 months up to July, the hospital had 293,030 calls.
Staff managed to answer 91.1 per cent, with an average waiting time of just nine seconds.
