A former brewery in Douglas could become a gym under plans from a Castletown company.
Sachi Ltd of Y Vaarney Yiarg says it wants to take over the former Hooded Ram building on Leigh Terrace - the brewery closed its doors in 2020.
If given the go-ahead, the new facility would cater for up to 400 members, with a takeaway food and juice outlet, changing rooms and equipment.
In its application, the company says it would open from 6am to 9pm Monday to Thursday, 6am to 8pm on Fridays, 8am to 2pm on Saturdays and 9am to 2pm on Sundays.
