The government says the number of people living on low incomes on the Island remains 'notable'.
The Council of Ministers' Annual Report on Poverty Measures will be laid before Tynwald during its June sitting.
In it, ministers say poverty remains a complex issue on the Island and the rising cost of living, inflation, and housing challenges have deepened insecurity for many.
But the report says government has intensified its work in the past year to tackle poverty.
