Footpaths at one of the Islands glens are set to remain closed over the weekend.
The Department of Environment, Food & Agriculture says the footways at Groudle Glen will stay shut as work continues to repair them.
Officials add contractors there have at times had to stop work after some people have crossed through barriers and into the work zone.
As a result, DEFA is asking any residents out and about in the Islands beauty spots to follow the rules of safety signs if they come across them and to not cross or damage barriers which have been put up for the publics protection.
