FSA won't give evidence on £75m 'miss-selling scandal'

The Island's Financial Services Authority has declined invitations to appear before Westminster about a £75 million 'miss-selling scandal'. 

An All-Party Parliamentary Group is investigating the collapse of a ScottishPower Ltd. cashback structure set up and insured by companies here. 
 
The FSA says it's not 'empowered' to disclose what it considers to be 'restricted information' - which renders attendance in London as pointless.
