When MHKs gather next week, Douglas East member Joney Faragher will introduce a private member's bill for its first reading.
Under the proposals, toilets in schools, the college and other bodies would have to provide a reasonable choice of products to women.
The House of Keys is due to sit from 10am on Tuesday, November 11.
