A former care home in Douglas could be pulled down and replaced by five houses.
The former Eastfield Mansion home is the subject of a planning application from Care Developments Ltd of Douglas.
The company says it wants to build five four-bedroomed homes on the site in Eastfield.
In its application, it says it would demolish the former nursing home and its outbuildings.
