Ramsey Commissioners have unveiled plans for the former Albert Road school site in Ramsey.
The school closed in 2008 and was demolished in 2011.
Now, the local authority has submitted a planning application to build flats on the site.
The proposals would see 30 apartments built in two blocks on the former school and the Close Woirrey sheltered housing site next door.
