Is someone who moved to the Isle of Man an immigrant if they have a British passport?
That's the question someone wanted answering through a Freedom of Information request - only to be told that's not what the process is for.
The request was submitted to the Cabinet Office, asking it to confirm whether they're an immigrant if they move to the Island permanently.
In its response, the Cabinet Office said the FOI process was to ask for information held by public bodies and not for asking questions.
