An office suite above the former Ann Summers shop could be converted into flats.
Victoria Street Properties, based in Colby, has applied to transform the office units in Strand Street in Douglas.
The company says it wants to create a total four apartments in the offices, which are currently unused.
The underwear and sex toy shop on the building's ground floor closed some time ago.
