Falk declares for new Douglas Central constituency 

'Vote Falk or Bust' - that's the message from a candidate standing in this September's General Election. 

Richard Falk has declared for the new constituency of Douglas Central saying his campaign message is "clear and unequivocal" and a reference to the Island's "alarming financial position". 

He says it's time for the Island to elect a "different type of politician" and says we need people with a "grasp of financial reality" and the courage to take difficult decisions.
