Entries open for End to End walk

Entries have opened for this year's 39 mile End to End race walk.

The Ramsey Bakery sponsored event sees walkers make their way from the Point of Ayre in Bride, to the Sound, sticking to the Island's coastline.

Last year just under half of the 400 starters managed a finish, with the course considered by some as a tougher proposition than even the Parish Walk, which is over twice the distance.

Multiple Parish Walk winner, Jock Waddington, is also the race record holder for this event.

The event takes place on September 23rd, with entries closing two weeks in advance, you can find out more details by visiting endtoendwalk.org
