The Island's elderly population has been urged to ensure they stay warm and safe throughout the winter.
Age Isle of Man says it's important to remember simple things like keeping windows closed and eating a hot meal each day.
Members of the public are also being asked to be good neighbours and check up on elderly friends and relatives to make sure all is well.
