Manx Care says it's holding a special drop-in clinic for HIV testing next week.
The organisation says it's marking World AIDS Day on Monday, December 1.
The Manx Integrated Sexual Health Centre on Kensington Road in Douglas says members of the public can get free tests from 10am until midday.
No appointment is necessary, and Manx Care says results are usually available in around a week.
