A court’s heard how two men carried out a terrifying attack on the forecourt of one of the busiest filling stations in Douglas.
Edward McBride of Marathon Road in Douglas pleaded guilty to affray and admitted breaching his bail conditions when he appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
The court heard a friend’s mum drove both to the Ellan Vannin garage on Peel Road in Douglas shortly after midnight on September 2.
There, the 22 year old punched a man so hard he knocked him unconscious.
Magistrates bailed him in the sum of £500 and he’ll appear again for sentencing on October 31.
