A horserider is appealing for a dog owner to come forward after an attack on a horse in a plantation.
Sue Kennedy says the incident happened on Friday afternoon in Archallagan when a large black dog made a horse bolt and throw its rider.
On Facebook, she said the horse suffered a number of injuries which required vet treatment - and the dog may need attention after the horse kicked it in self-defence.
She's now asking the dog owner to come forward.
