Castletown Commisioners is urging people to pick up after their pets, following a fouling incident this morning.
Taking to Facebook, the board says:
"To the welly wearing Gentleman walking two dogs in the Market Square at approximately 07.30 this morning, next time you stand and watch your dog foul on the footway, please can you grab one of the free dog bags provided on a nearby and pick it up or you will be on Santa's naughty list."
