A diver had to be flown off Island for treatment, after getting into difficulty just off the coast.
Just before 4.30pm on Wednesday a Coastguard helicopter was called to help evacuate the casualty.
Douglas Coastguard also went to the scene and helped the helicopter land.
The condition of the diver is currently unknown.
