Disciplinary action has been taken against staff responsible for the 'mishandling' of the dredging work in Peel:
That's the Infrastructure Minister Phil Gawne who says he's happy the matter has now been resolved under 'civil service policy'.
Last month a Public Accounts Committee found the department had 'almost completely ignored' financial regulations and not followed procedures whilst carrying out the £285,000 project.
