Disability discrimination guide to help small businesses

A new guide has been published to help small businesses get to grips with the Disability Discrimination Act.

It's part of work by the Department of Health and Social Care to implement the act which comes into operation this year. 
 
As of December it will be unlawful for a 'provider of services' to discriminate against a disabled person in how goods, facilities and services are provided.
