Infrastructure Minister Ray Harmer's defended closing down a lane outside the airport during a recent terror alert.
The lane was closed after the UK raised its terror threat level to the highest possible following the Manchester attack.
However, a number of international airports in the UK didn't take similar measures, leading North Douglas MHK David Ashford to query why the move was thought necessary.
