They've been developed by local charity, Diabetes Isle of Man, and they'll now be rolled to GP surgeries across the Island.
Development Manager for the charity, Natasha Parry, says: "Over the last few months, we’ve carried out extensive research on the services currently available for people living with diabetes.
"We’ve created these support packs to ensure that the information given at diagnosis is the same for all, and that everyone is given the necessary local signposting."
Diabetes currently affects around six per cent of the Isle of Man population - the charity says the signs and symptoms of the condition can develop at any time, and early diagnosis is important to help prevent further health complications.
