Peel's lifeboat crew has paid tribute to rescuers who lost their lives in Australia.
On Facebook, the RNLI station says the two Marine Rescue NSW volunteers lost their lives earlier this week responding to a yacht's distress call.
In its post, it described the incident as a devastating loss.
It expressed its condolences and sympathy to the families, crew and local community affected by the tragedy.
