Manx Auto Sport has confirmed a competitor has died following a 'medical incident' during the Manx National Rally today.
It's shared a statement from Motorsport UK, which says as a mark of respect the stage where it happened will not be raced again for the rest of the event.
It adds no further information will be released at this time, asking for privacy for the competitor's family.
The rally will otherwise continue as scheduled, with the last day of racing tomorrow, May 9.
