Ditching data roaming doesn't apply to Manx operators

New EU regulations abolishing roaming charges by 2017 do not apply to the Isle of Man.

That's the message from the director of the Communications Commission Carmel McLaughlin:

As the Island isn't part of the EU for the free movement of services - it doesn't make commercial sense for providers to make the commitment.
