Police say they're currently dealing with a crash on the Mountain Road.
The incident happened on the Mountain Mile this afternoon, Friday, July 17.
It means the route is closed between the Bungalow and Ramsey.
Officers are asking people to take an alternative route where possible.
They expect the closure to be in place until around 4.25pm.
