Douglas Council's looking for land for its next housing development in the centre of the capital.
The corporation's asking for expressions of interest from landowners and developers with suitable sites or design-and-build proposals.
It's partly being funded by the sale of empty homes on Marathon Drive and Falcon Cliff Terrace.
If you have land which could fit 10 or more apartments, you can find details on how to make a submission here.
