A company's unveiled plans for a small housing estate next to a popular pub in the north of the Island.
Foxfield Ltd, based on Loch Promenade in Douglas, has applied for permission to build eight bungalows on land next to the Ginger Hall Hotel in Sulby.
If approved by planners, the development would see the homes built along with five garages - previously it had been granted permission for five houses.
Lezayre commissioners have lodged an objection, saying the new proposals would over-develop the site.
