Committal proceedings have taken place against a man accused of committing an act against public justice.
27-year- old Jason Harry Earnest McNulty, whose address was given as the Isle of Man Prison, appeared at Douglas Courthouse this week.
The offence, involving a text message, was allegedly carried out on April 10th.
An application for bail was refused - he was remanded in custody until his first appearance before the Court of General Gaol Delivery.
