Castletown Commissioners chair Tony Brown says he's saddened and disappointed after a bank announced it would close a cashpoint.
Yesterday, Barclays announced it would shut three ATMs around the Island, including at the town hall on Farrants Way.
Mr Brown says it's another blow for the South of the Island over bank facilities.
But he says cashpoints are still available at Tesco Express and Ronaldsway Airport.
