Commercial options being explored for Sea Terminal

Could the Sea Terminal be leased to private enterprises to help plug the hole in government's coffers?

That's one of the ideas being put forward by the Department of Infrastructure which needs to save £5 million.

Other suggestions include getting rid of staff, charging children to use the school bus and introducing a charge for on-street parking permits.
