The Fire and Rescue Service is warning people about the dangers of open water swimming as the weather heats up.
It's after a number of tragedies in the water seen in the UK recently.
The emergency service says water temperatures around the Island remain cold despite the sunshine, increasing the risk of cold water shock.
Its advice includes never swimming alone and floating on your back if you get into difficulty.
