Plans for a new housing development in Colby will be put on display for local residents today.
The Department of Infrastructure and Arbory Commissioners are hosting a drop in session at Colby Methodist Chapel between 3pm and 7.30pm.
The department has submitted a revised planning application for land at Ballacubbon.
It wants to build 20 affordable homes - but has changed its plans after comments from local residents at previous stages of consultation.
Instead of solely building two bedroom apartments the DOI is applying for planning to construct a mix of bungalows, houses and apartments - with 40 car parking spaces.
The new plans also minimise the impact of the development on adjacent buildings.
Representatives from the Public Estates and Housing Division will be on hand to answer questions - people can also view the plans online.
